Order Info  Shipping Item prices on the website do not include shipping charges.  Items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering.  You will receive an email acknowledgement of your order and payment prior to shipment.  Shipping charges are Standard USPS First Class rates for domestic shipments.  International Economy First Class is used for Canadian and all other international orders unless otherwise specified. USPS Priority and other special shipping (UPS, FedEx, etc.) are available upon request and for an additional charge.  Insurance is also available upon request.  Customer is responsible for any additional customs fees.  If you are requesting more than one of the same item, please be aware that each piece is one-of-a-kind.  If I have stock available to create multiple pieces of the same design, there is no guarantee these items will be an exact match.  Due to supply availability, more than one of the same piece may not be available, or may take more than the above-mentioned 24-48 hours to create and ship. Returns & Exchanges Item returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the returned item is sent back in the same condition it was initially shipped.  Returns, refunds and exchanges for custom orders are typically not accepted. Exchanges can be made with an item of a similar style.  Any price differences must be covered by the buyer at the time the replacement is ordered.  Payment I accept PayPal, credit / debit cards (via the PayPal application), cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks.  Please be aware that shipping may be delayed beyond the 24-48 hour timeframe when paying by any means other than PayPal or credit/debit cards. Sizing Information How do I determine my bracelet size? Use a soft measuring tape and measure the exact size of your wrist at the wrist bone. Please note that if your size is larger or smaller than the bracelet pictured, adjustments can be made to accomodate prior to shipping. To Determine Child's Size Bracelet:  Measure the child's wrist and add 1/2" for ages 3 and under and add ¾" for ages 2 and over. Necklace Lengths Collar (12-13 inches) Collar necklaces lie snugly around the middle of the neck. Choker (14-16 inches) A 14-16 inch choker falls perfectly around the base of the neck.  Princess (17-19 inches) The princess necklace is best suited for crew and high necklines, falling just below the throat. Typically the 17-19 inch length is worn as a contrast to low, plunging necklines. Matinee (20-24 inches) Longer than the princess necklace, and slightly shorter than an opera length, a 20-24 inch matinee necklace is the right choice for casual or business dress. Opera (28-34 inches) Ranging from 28-34 inches, the opera necklace is the longest of all lengths.
